regarding when the payments go over to paypal, please i need help!

since this is my first time eve making money, i need alittle help. ok at the last update,16 hours ago i have $7.79. but i have answered over 70 questions today and will continue to responde for a couple more hours, which will most likely gross over the $10 mark. but heres my question. at the next update, is that when it will put the money to paypal if i make it over $10, or is it when it struck midnight, the official february 15, which will leave me without any money in paypal? the 15th of the month, is the day when money gets transfered to paypal. will i or will i not have it?

If I understand your question correctly:
The money you have now $7.79 is a total for this earning period - 1st feb to 28th of Feb. (so your estimated earnings so far this month and any that may have been carried over from Jan. if you didn't reach payout). This total will continue to grow until the end of Feb. You will then receive a payment around the 15th of March.
So any earnings you make now will be paid in March. People that have been paid already (by the 15th of Feb) were paid based on their earnings from 1st Jan to 31st Jan.

The cut off date for reaching the payout is the last day of each month. If you start 1 day before the last day you get the one day then on the 1st it adds to that amount. If you do reach $10.00 by the last of the month, the following month you will be paid around the 15th of the next month. Last month they paid early so it is really the week of the 15th.

We already did get paid, so I am not sure if they are going to be able to pay you tomorrow. But, it does not really matter, because you can add all of your savings for a lump sum. You just might make it also. I am quite new here myself, so I hope to see if there are others who know more than I do. Also, be sure to type your questions to the mylot staff, they answer back.
