are judges/courts stupid?

a lady in new england who was a substitute teacher was convicted of child abuse charges... the only problem is i think she was railroaded..she had a computer in the classroom whom 2 girls before class were using to look up hairstyles..she shooed them off computer and then started class..while the class was underway pornographic pop-ups started appearing she tried closing them but they kept popping up this has happened to me if you get infected with adware or spyware this can happen...the school did not even check for adware/spyware and this poor teacher is now in lots of trouble?? are our court systems that dumb??/ that is so scary!!

As far as I know they probably had logs to her computer and saw that she was visiting those sites, but perhaps spyware was causing the problems. All I know is that I am not the woman so I cannot say if she really did visit those websites.

I think that all court systems are this messed up... They don't care what happens to people, they just care about how much they are getting paid and i guess if people that they don't like are off the streets. I mean there's so many cases that i have seen people get railroaded like that, and then other cases where people who belong in prison, have just been equited. WHAT THE HELL! It's the messed up way of the world i guess.... Poor woman... i hope things get better for her... I hope they can do something to help her...
