YOU need to RESIGN!!!

resign immediately is hard especially if you have sign contract or the company handbook stated the policies about resignation..follow the handbook or ploicies of the company if you want to have good relationship to your employer. but if it is needed for you to resign immediately. maybe a white lies is acceptable..

just tell him/her "i need to resign now".if u want to be polite and formal,write a reassignment letter.

If you think your employer want see you growing then you can say them that I have a good opportunity and want to resign. If your employer is thinking only for his company then simply tell him a lie that I have some personal problem and waht to resign. Remember never told your employer where you are going to join.

Talk to him personally and tell him why and when you will resign, If you told him the right word maybe it will be better for the both of you..
