Generally not feeling well

I can't pinpoint anything like stomach pain or headache, I just don't feel right lately. I've been losing a lot of hair so my doctor did a bunch of bloodwork but it came back normal. I feel like I need to just sit or lie down and that's just not me. I'm not even getting my normal everyday things done. It's been on and off for a year and really bad for over a week. My doctor says it may be depression but I've been depressed and it isn't like that. I just feel like there's something going on, I don't feel well. I've read about different causes for this from lupus to anemia and everything else you can imagine. Should I maybe ask for certain test? She has no clue as to what is causing me to feel generally unwell. I feel like there's something but can't pinpoint it.

Sounds like circulation, which might explain the headaches, although I’m not sure. How’s your blood pressure? Might also be an allergic reaction, which would explain the fatigue and lack of energy.
Strongly suggest you see someone who can do a full series of tests. You're obviously not feeling like that for no reason.
Also suggest eating plain food, particularly green veg. Lay off fatty foods. Indigestion won’t help. Make sure you drink enough water to assist digestion. That’ll help any sinus problems, too.
Doesn’t sound like depression, I agree.

Sorry, should have said- I read both your posts on this subject. You said you weren't getting headaches in this post, but referred to sinus and inflamed skin in your other post.
One other thought; if you've been overworking, this could be a reaction, and would explain serious fatigue. You will need to rest a bit, anyway, and allow yourself to conserve energy.
