Mylots stars!!!

Friends, i have been going through the several discussion saying they have recieved 6,5,7,9 mylot stars. I didnot understand about the mylot stars. Where do i find stars? and when? DO we have to have more than 1000 discussions/response etc? Let me know friends. I know some of you have recieved stars.Help me friends.

i see that u have already now got a star. the star is your rating on mylot about how well you have been starting discussions and also responding. 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest. you have got an 8 so you are doing well :-)

Once you reach 100 points you get a star - at the time I'm responding to this you have 103 points and and a shiny yellow star :-) The number in the star is your rating, which is based on your activity and how other members of the site rate your discussions and responses etc.
