Block Junk Emails

How can block junk email,evenif I enabled the support of junk email filter still i am getting unwanted junk emails on my inbox.This is very bad always I need to delete this and need to spend a lot of time on this.How can we block these emails becuase I am receving 2000+ emails per day.SO how can we sort it out.....Need help from all my friends in mylot.
