For more than a year i've been working from home. I like the fact that i get to stay at home and have my own time. But lately boss has been very difficult. He wants us to have a start time / end time now. Before a staggered work time is ok, as long as we complete our 8 hours a day. And before, we used to love our jobs, we work at least 14 hours a day without extra pay. it's losing it's appeal because of the recent changes boss wants to implement. it's starting to have an office set up without the benefits.
i get less than $300 a month, without benefits. I pay for my own electricity and internet connection. Which means i'll probably end up with $200 as my salary. and as i said without benefits.
i don't think it's worth it to stay with this company. i don't like working for it anymore. i like the job, but not the environment.

I don't know how much net pay of $200 is worth in the Philippines, but if it is a struggle for you to make it on this pay, and you don't feel appreciated by the company-- then perhaps it is a good time to look around for something else. It can be difficult to put a $$$ value on how a person feels about their job, but when you don't like your work environment, it IS a "cost" to you-- in terms of feeling good about yourself, and life.

Go get find another one if are starting to feel uncomfortable working with your boss. Should I say it this way..."Fire your Boss Now". There is a lot more opportunity out there, shop around and do not limit yourself to only one.

I think you should look around for something else. There are some legit stay-at-home jobs, unfortunately I just found one that I like. I've seen some for outside sales a lot, where you get to be the sales rep and do it all from home. There's always the homeparties, but I don't think you get much from them.
Some things I do for extra money is being a secret shopper, and eventually I'll be doing some product demonstrations too. There's no beneifts though, but you can use the tax deductions for working from home.
Hope that helps a little bit!
