Too much of holidays will it make a worker lazy

May be he might need some rest to get his energy stored both mental and physical. Holidays for me gives boost to my mental health and its gives more freshness when I join my job after holidays. How about you please.

yeah i also feel refreshed after a long week of vacation. i seemed to be so perky and high spirited in finishing a job done. however, as the old saying goes, too much is always bad, right? so i think holidays from time to time would be enough to give people rest from their work and enjoy life. :)
