What can I do?

I live in apatement complex. And I am working women. The people next to me have a dog which barks all days but often they barks in early morning or late night continiously. Sometimes, I go and knock on their door to talk about it with them but they never answer. So, I have muliple notes on their door about the problem. But nothing is working. Me and work is suffering because of it. So I need u r help can u give a any fantastic suggestion?

If you are a citizon of India the law protects you from this type of trouble arround your residence.
Just file a complaint in the police station about the matter, the cop will come and warn him to stop his dog from barking in night hours.
The rules about carring pets are precisly made in the law.
If your neighbour doesn't care the police warning he may have to pay a handsome fine and his dog too will be taken away when you make a second complain.
