does anyone have any recipe for chilli sauce as I had some in a thai restaurant last week with some fish cakes and it was delicious. Thanks rowan

try this recipe,is great too:)
1 peck tomatoes
2 C. vinegar
2 C. ground onions
2 C. ground green peppers
2 C. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. cloves
1 t. cayenne
2 T. salt
Put all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, turn heat down to medium. Cook until it thickens.
Makes about 7 pints.

Take four eggs, salt, pepper and four chillies.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a hot flat pan with a knob of butter and make an omelet.
Put the omelet on a plate for me to eat. Thanks.
You eat the chillis! haha
Sorry, rowan, but I can see no point in eating a spice that is so hot it kills your taste buds to the extent that you can't taste anything else.
I had a friend who used to eat chillis off the bush like sweeties! Amazing.
Anyway, ignore me and enjoy your chillis. LOL

i have a recipe for thai chilie sauce, its lovely.
3-5 red thai chilies, light soy sugar and mince them all together adjust for stregth
