Why Our Prayers Are Turned Down???

Yes It A Question Which is Disturbing me quite A lot. Why (some would say SOME Of and some would say MJORITY OF) our prayers are turned Down. Firstly, Why there is a difference that To some it is some and To some It is majority. And secondly, whicever is the quantity, WHy they are rejected? My opinion is that Those Are rejeccted which we Do not want by the deep of our heart Or Those On which our belief is less. What Do You Think??
