What's your favourite character in Amelie apart from Amelie herself?

So random, but I like Gina. It looks like she got her life together but I wonder what else is going on with her that's not shown in the movie.

Hello! I love this film and I have seen it in Italian, English and, obviously, French! I have two favourite character, apart from Amelie. One is madame Suzanne, the owner of the cafè where Amelie works (I had a Creme Brulee in that cafè!). She is so human and sweet, maybe like a mother for Amelie, that lost her mother when she was a child, and always kind with everyone. The second character that I like is the old man that used to live in Amelie's block of flat. He has a little part in the movie: Amelie is trying to find the owner of the metal box she found in her bathroom's wall, and goes to Colignon's parents to ask about him. In this occasion she meet the old man (Colinon's father, and when he was young, he used to work for the public transport), and has a short conversation with him. It's a fantastic film!

I like the painting man in Amelie. I think he is so cool in the sense that he is so caring and alert even he cannot get out of the house. He helped Amelie to fix her problem and encourage her to do stuff. He is really cool. Anyway, I love the movie and I think I have already watched it for 6 times LOL.

My favorite character apart from Amelie is the kind hearted guy who works in the grocery store.
