I am 33 years old but I still have both grandmothers. My grandfathers died a lot of years ago (before 1990). I think it is very good to have still grandparents living, it is not happening to everyone. It represents a continuation in the generation and the transmission of the memory of 80 years ago.

My grandparents(both maternal & paternal) are still alive by God's grace. I feel very fortunate and they are very special and dear to me.

I have only 1 living grandparent. 1 grandmother left. My grandfather (her husband) passed away last year. I'm 34.. My other set of grandparents passed away a bit ago-
My daughter shares a birthday with my grandma that is passed away. She was born in 1996- I can remember how excited my grandma was when she was told the news-- I didn't have my pumpkin until 11:29 PM.. so we almost missed her birthday- My grandma passed away in 1998. My grandpa passed away in December 1996 (he was alive when she was born).. I miss them terribly!
