Will u prefer Bilk= "Milk+Beer" instead of Milk

A shop owner in JAPAN's largest dairy farming region has stopped crying about local split milk and started making beer from it..due to declining consumption of Milk.."Bilk" - a combination of "milk" and "beer" is about 30 percent milk which tastes like ordinary beer.. So wht u suggest MILK or BEER or BILK...
