What do you think of Manny Paquiao running for this election?

hi kabayan! As for me Manny pacquiao is a great world class boxer and made a good reputation worldwide by his boxing skills entering politics is another thing as for me this is not his field of expertise. If manny really wants to help his countryman or his kababayan then he can do it on various ways not politics I can say for it will divide his time and concentration on boxing and might be a real problem in the future.

I think that trying to dip his foot in politics might only tarnish his reputation as an athlete, as a Filipino and as a modern day hero. To my mind, I think he is only being used by those who are only after his money and popularity. He can help the poor without running in the elections. He has worked hard for what he has now. I hope that he makes the right decisions before all of that comes to waste. Think harder, Manny. Think harder.

For me I would like him to stay in his chosen career as a boxer. Its just sad that someone around his circle is pushing him to run for political seat which I believe would affect his career in either. If he wins its either he will not be an effective leader since he would be concentrating in his political career or he may not be able to maintain his stranght to fight anymore. But its still his decision to run or not. I am not a resident of Gen San its for them to decide if they want him in power or not.

Perhaps in my opinion its up to him if Manny Pacqiao would want to run for this election ... if he wants to run for mayor, or congressman, or any position at gensan which its his hometown, let him decide.

Manny is very good in boxing so it will be better if he stays in that field. Imagine letting his attorney do the campaigning while he practices boxing for his April fight!
