!!!No email notify?

Yup Sunshinecup, no mail notifications form myLot since last night. I was so shocked to see that I hadn't received even a single mail from myLot today..poor inbox, it's all empty..lol! I was wondering were all my friends inactive all of a sudden, then quickly realized it must be a glitch. I checked the discussions I strated and there are many responses since last night, but no notifications on that either. So you ain't the only one honey, myLot has a problemo. ;o)

Here I was thinking it was just me :) I just got one a few minutes ago so they seen to be working again. My first thought was that they had disabled them after my post from a couple days ago, which appears to have been deleted. Basically, I found what appears to be a bug in it. I thought they might have been fixing the bug, but the new notify message's still have it...

I am receiving the ones that I marked notify. I have been receiving for days now. Check and make sure you have notify marked. It could be MyLot glitch that may fix itself.

Sorry, I can't help ya there... I don't have the notify set up. That would be way too much in my e-mail and I can't keep up with it now. I scan through all my friends discussions in the morning, evening and on my lunch break, so I figure I can get them all that way. If it is another mylot glitch, I hope they get it fixed for ya, I know that other people use it also.

LOL, I had the same problem this morning too! I actually thought my 2 year old daughter was responsible. Yesterday she sent my webmail to outlook express which I have never used. Had no clue where to look, kids are always moving and changing things on me. I was sitting here wondering where she sent my MYLOY mail. Glad to see MYLOT responded to you asap.

Did you check to see if Notify is On? I read another post where someone said all their Notify's were switched to Off soemhow. Maybe that's the problem? I tend to scan through my friend's new posts every morning. Some of my favorite friends, like you, I check several times throughout the day. I have never turned on the Notify alert because it woudl be too much email.

Hey even i am not getting it, i do not know how to do it. Previously i used to get email notification whenever a new discussion is started by any one in my friends list. Now-a-days i was not getting it. First i thought that it was the people in the friends who are not starting any discussion. Now that this topic is open to discuss, i hope some one will come out to solve is issue. I checked up fully but i do not know how to solve this. I thank you for starting this discussion.

On the 14th...I only received a few in the early morning. But by 11am...they stopped coming. But they started right back up yesterday at 11am again. So, it is my guess that myLot was doing some system stuff because I also noticed that it seemed to be going slower too. At least they didn't take mylot completely off line. I would have been really upset. LOL

Looks like someone from MyLot didn't pay the email meter hehehe !! Maybe we will be getting a deluge of 'back emails' arriving very shortly .. must admit I was a little surprised when I opened up my email and found 'nothing' from MyLot .. couldn't believe everyone had stopped making discussions haha !!

It sounds like you may have it turned off. Go into your friends list and make sure that the notify is on for all of them. I had to turn mine off as I was getting so many emails all the time. I would check here first and if they are all on then I don't know what it could be.

I had that problem for about three fourths of the day yesterday, Sunshinecup. I really thought for a second that maybe everyone was just out celebrating the holiday, lol! But I knew, once I checked at bedtime and still hadn't gotten any emails from Mylot since mid-afternoon, that that couldn't be right. Anyway, emails seem to be coming in again now, or at least they are for me. I hope that they start working again for you soon, too, if they haven't yet. I truly wouldn't know what to do most days without my Mylot email alerts, lol! ^_^

oh yeah that happens quite a lot with me. In fact sometime I do not even get any messages for days and then it starts showing up. For this reason I am using gmail mail account now. ___ http://reviewszone.blogspot.com

Actually i wasn't using this feature up until today, I turned on a few friends including you as my friends list is getting bigger and I can't be sure to check on all of my best friends discussions online.. I noticed that notifications are late.. I'm not sure if they are usually instant or not but I actually responded to some discussions online and notification about it didn't arrive until many hours later..is this normal? or is it related to the bug that mylot is working on it as they told you?

I hadnt had any all day today but they are all coming through thick and fast now! I also havent been able to get any of MyLot Pages to load, so was only able to log in tonight.

I got none last night and was on my computer until about 4 AM eastern time, but boy did I get a load of mail this morning.
