The Underground

Yesterday I visited some clients in London. I go to London about 2 or 3 times a year and everytime I go I end up using the underground (or subway - whatever you want to call it). I can't help but think everytime I go on it - will I get caught in a bomb explosion, and look around for unsavoury characters. It doesn't stop me from using it but there is no way I would get a job in London if it meant having to use the underground every day. What do you think? Do you risk going on the underground every day?

I used to cram into the underground when I commuted and was terrified of women crushing into me and standing on my toes with pointed heels. They were very agressive - a sort of defense mechanism I suppose.

I frequently visit London as my best friend is living there. I am apprehensive about using the tubes and like you I watch everybody and what they type of luggage they are carrying. Still, it is the quickest and least expensive form of transport, so I use it and try not to think about what might never happen.
