is modern woman emancipated?

do you think modern women , i mean, women in the modern world are emancipated? or, are they still being exploited by men, in one way or the other - at work, at home, in public, everywhere?
yes, i would love to have the point of view of the gentlemen around , too.

If we allow men to exploit us, we will be exploited. If we refuse such treatment, we will escape it as much as we can. This is especially true in our social lives.
