Does anyone use PandaResearch.com or TIKTIKCash.com to make more money?

If you do, I need HELP!
i use these two websites to earn money for paypal. i take surveys and they pay me money, except right now all the money is pending, and it has been pending for a long time. but the main question is, after you take the survey, do you HAVE to fill out the offer? i never fill out the offer to "get a free trial of such and such product". is thats what is effecting it? i have $483 built up in pending, but none has gone through to approved. is it because it takes awhile or is it because i dont fill out the offers? do you fill out the offers? or do you not? but if you don, how long does it take for money to become approved in any case?
any and all imformation will be greatly appreciated. please help.

I'm registered with pandarearch.com but their rate is lower than other freecash sites. I found fushion cash (check them out here : http://www.infousearch.com/fcash ) better paying and they even give you $5 instantly when you register with them.
Maybe you can ask pandaresearch & tiktikcash customer support about your problems with your account. that's a whole bunch of money you in there.
