South beach snacks

What are some good south beach diet snacks for phase 1, that are easy to have at work.
So far the only one I can really think of is string cheese.

I know you posted this awhile ago, thisgirliknow, but I just found it -- I hope you might still be interested in discussing the snacks :)
I'm doing phase 1 right now and, besides string cheese, the most practical snack for work would be the nuts... either 15 almonds or 30 pistachios, etc. The book mentions the specific number you are allowed, depending on the type you choose. Also, low-fat cottage cheese is mentioned as an afternoon snack on one of the days (1/2 cup, to which you can add some prechopped veggies -- I believe it's tomato and cucumber).
