What are the main reasons for Third World countries being in debt?

Mostly lack of economic education and ability to obtain reasonable funding for small businesses. Inability to budget and save money instead of spending it all so funds are available for later needs. Third World countries are not the only ones that incur high debts. Look at the US. We are ripening for a hugh fall. How many here live pay check to paycheck and are barely able to keep their nose above the waters of debt. As the old addage goes, "Those who don't understand interest pay it and those who do understand interest get it."
