Do you think next III World War will begin in the middle east?

Some people like Huntington and the prophecies of Nostradamus say that the next big wold war will start in that region, I have just read HUntington and he says that tensions between middle east and the west will arise and get worse that it is now, nuclear weapons will multiply and russian technology to make them will get more easy to find and this will contribute towards proliferation, do you agree on this? You see another region potencially dangerous?

The third world war was the cold war in my opinion. Although there was not an actual ongoing shooting war it certainly qualifies in my opinion. That being said yes I think the middle east will be the staging ground of the next world war, that is unless you want to consider it to have already started, which is more than reasonable really. A world war is one in which the major nations of the world are involved, what major nations are not involved, in some way, in the current middle east wars?

Do you mean Samuel Huntington? I just got this quote from Pres GW Bush:
"The unrevised American policy concerning Iran, and their terrorist allies was made clear by President Bush in his State of the Union Address: "Iran aggressively pursues [weapons of mass destruction] and exports terror," Bush declared, "while an unelected few repress the Iranian people's hope for freedom. ... States like these, and their terrorist allies, constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world"
It seems to me, given the state of the world, the middle east would be the most likely incubator of another World War.

i think it will start from there.. since the crisis didnt come to an end.. so it possible that the wwIII start from there...!~

no i dont think that world war will begin in miidle east it can begin from any direction becouse as usa is marching against the nations they are producing more and more terrorists which are causing damage to them as well as to other countries. on there hand they might be right to attack on afganistan as they aatack on world trade centre but if they wish to destroy terrorism they should also allow india to attack on pakistan as they are the birth place of terrorism
