I need some ideas on what to buy my grandma for her 90th birthday

hey, cool that you are gonna atttend your grand ma's 90yh birth day party. well i feel the gift for her you can give is, just go and search her any old photo may be og her young age and frame it with lovely frame, and gift her that, she will be very happy seeing that you cared and took effort to do such a task, morever she will remeber her old days, remeber you will be reason of her smile there....

I am not exactly sure what all she can have in a nursing home, but I think a nice picture of your family within a frame that you have let your kid(s) decorate with beads, glitter, or whatever would make a nice gift from all of you.

Is your grandmother close enough for you to visit...more than any present you could give her, she would enjoy the gift of the time you spend with her... If you are unable to go visit, then send photographs of you ( and of the two of you together), call her, send cards and letters....she will value these gifts more than anything you can give her... Do you paint, knit, anything like that? Have a craft or even play an instrument..make her something with your own hands, if you play an instrument, record something for her and send her the tape/cd whatever along with something to listen to it on..then she can brag to her friends and helpers that her grandaughter made that for her....

I would suggest a hand made photo album of good memories in her life, like wedding day, graduation, stuff like that. I think it's great that your grandmother is celebrating her 90th birthday- good for her!
