what is the most traditional chinese food?

the most traditional is rice and noodles of course. They feel you up so much without having to eat a huge meal.

The most traditional chinese food is rice! Mostly every asian eat rice. We eat it with every meal. Well...not everything. We just eat it with chicken, beef, pork, noodles and some other stuff that is legitimate with rice. But, what I like the most is "crab ragoon"(I think it was called). It taste good and it goes great with any kind of combo you choose. But, you guys might not like it though...
