Prime numbers are those numbers (greater than 1) that cannot be divided by any number except themselves and one. So if you are going for any large or big number see if it is divisible by 2,3,5 or 7, if it is not, then it is going to be a prime mumber.

A prime number is any number that has exactly two factors.
For example 5 = 1 x 5 and 11 = 1 x 11
There are no other factors for 5 or for 11, hence these numbers are prime numbers.
With 12, this number can be written as 12 = 1x 12 or 12 = 2 x 6 or 12 = 3 x 4
12 has 6 factors and is not a prime number.
Prime numbers include 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, etc.

Prime number is a number that you cant devide it with any number.For example 23
