How do you apply lipstick properly?

There are numerous combinations to use when applying lipstic. Lip liner does not necessarily need to be used, but it helps to bring out the colour and shape of your lips. If lip liner is used, make sure that the lip liner and lipstick blend nicely. Start lining from the inside and move out towards the edges. Then, taking a lip brush, apply the colour. ( Using a brush allows more even coverage and helps control the amount of colour applied.) Finishing off with a shine gloss gives lips that 'Kiss me' glow! To keep the colour stay longer, the lips must be dry and clean while applying. It is best applied with a brush.

moisturize, line lips to prevent feathering, blend liner. make sure it is extremely close to the color lipstick. then apply lipstick. blot. and then reapply.
