I’m always trying to find ways to make more money from home. I'm a stay-at-home mom and I've been researching for a while ways to make and save a little money. I'll share with you a few things I have found that really work. Now, these are all things where you can make some extra money. You aren't going to really get rich unless you just get a ton of referrals or have a whole bunch of free time on your hands. Anyway... Here's what I have found. 1) Just Answer - If you have a degree, are an expert in a particular field, or just are good at researching topics you can make some money answering people's questions. I recently started doing this. You have to first answer a few questions in a particular topic to be an expert in that category. There seem to be a lot of different types of questions being asked. http://www.justanswer.com/home.asp?r=rachelcaron&bn=2 2)Online shopping? If you are going to be doing some shopping anyway, do it online and get some cash back. There are tons for stores like Ebay, Old Navy, Target, Best Buy.... and many other stores. On Big Crumbs, Quick Rewards, and Ebates, if you go through their site to get to many online stores you get some cash back on your purchases. They just put money in your paypal account. It is that easy! I just got paid a few days ago for some purchases I made over Christmas. If you plan on doing shopping anyway, this is a good deal. There are lots of stores (Overstock, Circuit City, Gap, Apple Store, HP, buy.com, ...) They have a huge list. It's totally free. It looks like they make money from these sites advertising on their site. They provide links to the stores and when you buy stuff from the links you get a certain percentage back. I think you can still use your own coupons when you go to check out at the online store from whatever site you go to. You can also get cash when your friends buy stuff as well. On Big Crumbs and Quick Rewards, you can keep earning a % when your friends buy stuff, but on Ebates you only get a flat $5 when someone you refer buys something for the first time. But, Ebates gives you higher percentages back and you get $5 for yourself when you sign up. On Quick Rewards you can get some cash other ways as well. You earn free cash by visiting websites, shopping, daily signups, daily trivia, signups, trials, surveys and much more. Here are the links: Big Crumbs: http://www.bigcrumbs.com/crumbs/frontpage.jsp?r=rachelcaron Quick Rewards: http://www.quickrewards.net/q.cgi?201u.ref=rachelcaron@hotmail.com Ebates: http://www.ebates.com/rf.do?id=31699060 3)Write reviews on Epinions. I have made $205.14 from writing reviews every so often. I'm going to try and start writing more. It's real easy to write a review, especially now that we have so many baby produts to write on. You get a few cents every time someone reads your review. www.epinions.com 4) This is not really a way to make money, but more a way to save some. I found a great site/forum where people post coupon codes and links to freebies. www.vickysdeals.com 5)Restaurant.com occasionally sends out codes to get 50% off restaurant certificates. You can buy these gift certificates cheaply and then resell them on ebay. You also make money when your friends sign up. In fact, right now, if you go to this link and use coupon code SWEETHEART you save 50% off your total! http://www.restaurant.com/ReferAFriend.asp?ReferralID=F373D3432303 6) West at Home - West at Home agents handle calls for a variety of products and services. From customer service calls to order processing, every agent receives web based certification to handle these incoming calls on behalf of some of the nation’s premier companies in the wireless, retail, Internet, restaurant, and other industries. I actually looked into this and even took the internet courses and tests to become an agent. I didn’t do this because my schedule is different every day. It all depends on my son and it’s hard to find a block of time where I know I will not have any distractions. If you can do that though, this looks like a great opportunity. http://www.workathomeagent.com 7) ChaCha Guide – ChaCha is a search engine where real people will help you do searches. They pay around $5-10 to answer search questions. You can only apply if someone invites you and each guide only has a certain number of invites. Here are the qualifications: To be a ChaCha Guide one must; * be legally authorized to work in the United States * be over the age of 18 * be able to spell correctly, use correct grammar, and be fluent in English * like working with people and have a polite and courteous approach with people * be able to navigate the internet with ease * have high-speed internet (e.g. DSL, cable) Dial-up will not provide a good experience for anyone * have 30MB+ of storage available on your computer * have the most recent version of Java on your computer If you meet the qualifications and would like more info you can email me at rachelcaron@hotmail.com. Please put ChaCha in the subject line. If I don’t have any invites at the time I will try and find one for you. Hope this is able to help you. I know I'm always looking for ways to make and save money. Let me know if you have any questions.

I think it is wonderful that there are these opportunities but I am thinking that the computer resource requirement would be a problem for chacha not being able to do it from various sites, I am doing fine with mypoints and get giftcards with points.

Yeah, that is a problem. You have to download the application to your computer.

wow! Those are some really good sites there! I will check them out as soon as I can. Thanks for sharing this with the myLot community. By the way, which of those sites did you find to be more effective for international users?
