What's the WORST thing your school/college cafeteria serves? The best?

My college's dining hall has pork burritos that are GROSS! Also, this cucumber salad that pretty much tastes like nothing but salt. The best thing I've had there was a dessert that's just baked pizza dough sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar and topped with honey.

I'm gonna have to go with ALL the fried foods combined. They completely contort your stomach and bowels; they leave me so sick, all the time.

I'm with you there! My first two weeks of college I spent mostly in the bathroom, until I learned which foods were safe and which ones weren't. I swear, they put laxatives in the food to keep you from gaining the Freshman 15.

Everything the prepared was terrible. I worked in the lunch room during my lunch break. I could not eat it though. I brown bagged my lunch. I did like their hot rolls but that is it. There were more people brownbagged their lunch than ate the schools hot lunch. It was a major problem. They did surveys the last year I was there to see if they could improve the food and get more kids to eat it.

It's good that they actually decided to do some surveys and try to improve things. I wonder how that turned out.
