The moment your partner told you that he wants to be free and you realize that this is the end, how do you deal with yourself? what do you say to yourself (not to your partner)?
How do you pick up the pieces of your broken heart at the first minutes of the breakup/divorce?

The moment (break-up thingy) had happened, I asked myself where did it go wrong and where did I go wrong... I would tell myself right away that I must and I should be strong and IT'S NOT MY LOST!!! Everything happens for a reason.
After a break-up, I would really cry hard. I won't eat and I would just stay in my room but after sometime, I would go out with my friends and look for diversions.
Break-ups are really hard. It'll make you weak: emotionally, mentally and physically but that's just how love works. Falling inlove... Breaking-up... Denial... Acceptance... Letting Go... Moving On... Falling inlove again... That's always how it works... ;)

I know this is a very hard time for anyone, especially if you are still in love with that person, the ending of a partnership ends it puts you in a lonely zone, you feel your life has changed so much and it is a shock to your system when you think how different life will now be, single, alone, by yourself is something you will have to get used to until you meet someone else, it can be very scary.... it is good if you can look at it as the end of a chapter in your book of life and a new chapter is now about to begin....
