Do you think that having many friends is wonderful?

I cant say about everybody ,but in my case I would love to have friends everywhere , but I can't be friends with ANY kind of person . Also ,a lot of the things I enjoy are done alone like going on internet or studying or reading etc Sometimes I feel there is neither time nor opportunity for me to meet friends-material .Other times I just don't feel like getting to know people . Otherwise I would like to be friends with everyone . I actually have few CONTACTS ,but hardly any friends .Can you believe it ? :)

i believe that no man is an island so someone really needs to have friends in his/her life and yes, having friends is wonderful especially if they are true friends. there's nothing like having people that you can lean on in times that you are down and people that you can share your laughter and tears with.

To have as many true friends as there may be is great. Normally though, there are only very few real honest ones. Most of us will only have one or two trusted friends in every stage of our lives. Try counting. For regular friends and acquaintances, most of us have it in countless numbers, that's true. But think deeply, how many are there who will go with you through thick and thin? Most of this so called friends are there because they find it convenient having you around, this is one lesson in life which really hurts.
