How can i maintain the 46 kgs body weight?

I'm 22 years old, a fresh graduate! In my whole entire life this is the first time that i reached a 50 kgs as a body weight..I really don't know why..i don't eat a lot..i eat food the same way i ate since before..im expecting that maybe now that im working i can lose weight because of the pressure..all i can say is i don't know what's going on!!!
