Are we really technological advanced???

We have done tremendous breakthroughs in the field of technology. Technology has touched almost all the quarters of our life. It is difficult to imagine our contemporary world without technologyy.
Though we have achieved milestones, there are still infectious diseases,primitive diseases like Malaria and the monsterous and the most lethal AIDS.These diseases are an open slap to our advancement in technology.If we really advanced technologically these things would not have sustained.
So in a real sense are we really technologically advanced???

first of yes we are technologically advanced but we are not god there has to be balance in this world somewhere its like equilant trade whr one place life begins in another life ends....without these problems we all would think of ourself as immortals or something like tat.....there are reasons why some diseases are cureable and others are not
