who should say it first ??? a GAL or a GUY ????????

hii frnds, this is something i m very curious for,,,,,,,,, all say it should be guys who should tell the gal that they love her,,,,,,,,,, but i dont think that ways,,,,,,, i feel the right time should be waited for , doesnt matter a gal or a guy

we live in a society that guy should do it first, but in reality it doesnt matter, if u love him/her say it loud say it right then or the moment passes you by
