underhanded ploy of nefarious network providers

i recently came across a piece of very important information about my mobile network provider,hutch(INDIA). i had bought a voucher card that reduces my call rates and sms costs to half of the existing tariff rates. however,this scheme becomes void on special days like the just gone valentine day,republic day and others. i got a shock on hearing this for there had been no prior intimation regarding this! imagine my surprise when all the calls and msgs i sent were charged the full amount,for i had churned them out under the notion that i was operating under the scheme of the voucher. this i believe is truly bad(and illegal??) for atleast they should inform their subscribers in advance of such changes they are bringing in for such days. so beware my friends.
