Sometimes our expectations preceed the reality of the job you applied for only realizing later that you don't really like the job. After all i think you don't get the complete picture of the job until you are there and actually doing it.

I would, but only after I have the replacement. We cannot be totally idealist about this. We have to be the one who adapt with the job, environment, the people. I'm still a student but I do feel like that with my university. I cannot move from one to another all the time until I find what I want. Maybe just try to enjoy it as much as possible.

Yes I will quit it even if the salary or the benefits is high or above industry. If you don't like the job that will result in stress. No matter how much money you are paid you are not compensated for the stress you have to go through everyday. How do I know? Because I quit two jobs that I really didn't like. I was once hired by the number one bank in our country and then later on I was hired by Chevron Texaco (oil company).
