GM Dealer Mechanics?

How many GM or any other dealer mechanics are here. How is flat rate working for you? Is it going down and down? Less and less time? .4 paid for that pain in the *ss job that takes .6. I am fairly new, but notice it more and more. Do any of the seasoned guys out there feel the same?
