The Light of the World

"I am the light of the world.Whoever follows me will have a Life filled with light...." John 8:12 GNB Translation.
I recently rediscoverd this scripture. We as christians do tend to mentally assent to the first part of this verse,however the substance of this verse seems to me to be the later half. What do you think, Let's hear from you and rub minds together.
