Okay, I hate to break it to all of you who kept saying that the creepy little girl wasn't real, or was a ghost or an angel. It was pretty obvious that she was real, considering that Derick had seen her and Meredith had asked the paramedic to take her to the hospital. Plus in the previews they had showed Derick asking her where Meredith was. Now about the episode. What's happening to Meredith is very sad and very dramatic, but let's get real everyone, they can't kill the main character. Meredith will live. I think it's really sweet that Derick was the one to pull her out of the water, and seeing him so "broken" you can really tell how much he loves her. Besides Derick, it's really great that everyone is pulling together to save Meredith. Even Addison, you can tell how much she still cares about Derick. And I never thought Christina would show so much emotion. The whole group has really grown very close, and I think this whole experience will bring them closer.
