I am sorry but I am not chinese so I don't celebrate. However, I have seen some of the parades on television and online. The parades are very lovely. I also like dragons and it seems the dragons are celebrated by the chinese alot.

Happy Chinese New Year to you and all the members on myLot as today is a very special day for all people that celebrate this wonderful holiday. We have a chinese cultural center here that holds festivities for this holiday and I went to it last year and it was really nice to see the performances and trying different foods and see all the pictures and other materials on display.

Their new year is based on the movement of the moon, chinese new year is like Easter; it is never on the same date on a raw.
