In my EMT Class they us the intimidation method to make us "better EMT's. I dont mind it, I think it makes me think on my toes and makes me stronger. But is that good for someone else? Is acceptable? If so where else besides the EMS world is it good or not good?

My nephew is never bothered about intimidation or threat. A person is not happy to do something out of fear. Persuasion can be a better recourse. I also had the habit to intimidate if I do not get what I want. Emotion Intelligence is a better tool to deal with people. Each person has his own mind, if he does not choose the right thing he will suffer the consequences.

Not necessarily, different people has different personalities. Some may take it as humiliating, some won't even bother to take it seriously it depends on how a person see it on himself, nobody knows if someone is intimidated unless he or she tell it so.
