you partners ex ...how to deal w/ them?

how do you deal with ur partners ex who exerts effort to stay close with ur partner....We saw my partners ex recently & she is still sexy & pretty but the sad thing about it is she exerts effort to stay close to us by invitations and other activities & she is still single till now...how do u think should i deal with it?

First, you need to feel secure in your relationship with him. Then be sure of how he feels about her. Set boundaries between the two of you. Ask him if there is something between them that needs to be resolved. Tell him what you will and wont tolerate where she is concerned. If they have children together, make sure this is something you can deal with. Never take your frustrations out on them or him without discussing things openly. Finally, it may not be a bad idea to politely tell his ex to get a life.
