completely agreed. neither one of them payed much attention to how different there social status was. this is such a great movie because of that.

love is indeed blind. but it no hard choice...to be with one who you can't stand with money, or one that you love and is poor. you are never poor when you have love and companionship. while that may be a cliche...it is true. i would rather be with one who is fun and happy, than the boring snob...lol...and money makes your life easier in many ways...but it does not buy happiness

Yup! I agree with you. Leonardo in the movie Titanic is poor and Kate's character was rich. Beside this difference they managed to fall in love. But this happened in a movie. In real life, it is still possible to have this same situation but the question is, will the couple last? I don't belive in the saying "Love is blind" because what I believe is that the person who is inlove becomes blind to whatever her/his love interest is doing.
