is it JUST to have a mandatory 30 minute lunch break?

i work in a call center..we service a US based onlinet travel agency...
its heavily queuing earlier. we had to cut off our lunch time to 30 mins.
gosh! im almost 30mins from logging out...and it seems, im like brain dead..im really tired...
i just want to express. :-(

OHH.30 min is too small.I think your boss is pure moneyminded.Anyway take a 1 min break for evrey 30 mins for aking tea ao water.

yep. if the boss really implemented a 30 minute break already, it's always better if you get a minute or two to take some water to replenish yourself even when working. it's a nice quick break somehow.

30 minute lunch break? gosh! that's not enough. it might take me 15 minutes to finish my lunch and some more minutes to prepare myself for another workload. it's always better if employees can take a short nap to recharge their overworked brains. what call center is this? i tried to get into call centers in makati city, philippines last year. though i got accepted, i wasn't able to start my training because of some reasons i need to attend to. but i thought they do give employees an hour for a break. 30 minutes is a rush rush thing!
