To me animals cant speak as we expected.. some animals may talk after they have given training to talk..

i think parrot can speak what we taught to them and also i heared that monkey can speak.. its there to find out which animal can speak out

If you give a good training to parrot it can speak easily.One dog is there in canada.It can also speak english

To me animals can communicate with their own language if we need to communicate in our language then the practice is what needed for the animal to do so
