No Pay Pal...what to do?

Hi. My country is not on the Pay Pal list. I know the alternative is E-gold. But some majot sites like e-bay do not accept it. Some problem about no refunds or what not. I'm asking for help to find out if there is anythor option where I can get an online account that is acceptbale for business by most, if not all, major online businesses? Don't even mention bank transfers, please. Thank you.
