hi, i hv got a problem . i feel tht my teeth are getting grinded during sleeping.
it is an awful feeling
it feels like that all of your teeth are getting broken away by the excess pressure created by the jaws.
i feel tht i hv clenched my teeth and all of my teeth are gettin away
it is very horrible experience
is ny one dere also experienced it?

People says that sometimes I grind my teeth while sleeping but of course I didn't know that. Now reading your post, I realize.. is it what you see in your dream that you are losing your teeth. Because sometimes I dream of that also. So maybe if I'm having that dream, it means I am grinding my teeth? Is that it?
