do u think its right on teachers part to call students home and charge them extra money for that?i think they shudn't.

Well its also a part of service and a income for the survival of teachers, nothing wrong.

I am a teacher and I also do tutoring as well.
For my own students, the only tutoring I do is if they come to my office and ask for additional help. My school (and I believe most schools) have a rule that you cannot tutor any student of your school for money, but unpaid tutoring is ok.
The tutoring I get paid for is organised by another company and has nothing to do with my school.
I honestly cannot imagine the situation you are talking about, I can't see a teacher turning up, uninvited at someones door and them demanding to tutor them for money.
