Prayer Request

I dont know if this is proper for mylot but I am going to give it a try. I have been quite sick for a couple of weeks now and I finaly got in to see a doctor. I have had intestinal flu symptoms as well as horible pain in my kidneys. The doctor is running a slew of tests looking for anythin from food born illness to thing you can get camping, kidney infections, ect, ect. I usualy pray that nothing is wrong and it all just goes away but this time the problem has been going on for about a year now and this is the worst time yet. I would like to ask that anyone out there who believes in God pray for me that they find out what is wrong and are able to fix it quickly. I have not been able to clean my house or take good care of my 3 toddlers and my hubby has not been able to take time off work. There is nobody around that can help me and I am realy getting frustrated that I can not do my duties as a stay at home mom. I dont usualy ask strangers to pray for me but I am despirate. I know there are many out there with Christian backgrounds and I hope this does not offend those who are not. Thank you so much and God Bless !

I know there are a lot of people on mylot who believe in God and I think would be more than willing to pray for you. I see nothing at all wrong with asking.
Dear Heavenly Father we give you all the credit for the wonders of the world, we thank you for sharing your love with us daily. Father I come to you today asking that you please help our friend whether it be healing of this unknown illness or finding what is wrong so it can be taken care of. I ask you Father to guide the doctors and technician as they run these tests and comfort this mother as she tends to her family. Father if it be your will please send a special person into her life to help her with her duties as a wife and mother, give her strength to do what others can't do for her, and keep your hand on her life through these trying times and always. I ask these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

I will definitely pray for you!! I know as a stay-at-home mom myself when you are sick nothing gets done around the house, and you feel so bad for not being able to play with the kids and everything. I will pray that you get answers and get to feeling bettr so you can give your hubby and kids the attention that they need =)

i pray for you as i have been in a similar situation and understand how you feel completely..i also had no one and on top of that i was being persecuted..but listen you have a strong spirit and God will see you through this one.
if you can go to a chinese herbal doc he can work on your kidneys..as in chinese medicne the kidneys are the most important of all the vital organs..try this natural method..i could not live without my herbs believe me..they make me balanced..take care and i will pray for you..
i also do qi gong and tai ji..even if you are a wreck..if you can find a good teacher where you are..they can help you baCK TO GOOD HEALTH..

Never feel bad about asking for Prayers or Help. I admire the fact that you asked. I am sorry you are having health problems and other problems as well. I know how it feels not to have people around that can help you. I am also ill and feel very alone at times. Life is really tough sometimes and one good thing I have in Life is my Faith. I believe in prayers and that prayer can help a person. Hang in there and I hope things get better for you. I will send good wishes and prayers your way.

As GOD once said..."BE STILL FOR I AM GOD!!" relax and let HIM do as he needs for HIS WILL BE DONE. The bags that we have to carry is sometimes heavy to bear, but that is when we need to allow HIM to help us and carry that which we find to heavy. WE carry on his name , HE promises to help us when we need him. Let him do that for you. I will pray not only for your health but Ill pray for your prosperity. Ill pray that you will build a closer and stronger bond with GOD. BE WELL

I think if you are desperate. You will try anything to get the news out that you need prayer. I don't see anything wrong with this. My prayers are with you that you feel better that you will be able to spend time with your family. That the doctors find out what is going on and find the way to fix this so it doesn't come back again, soon.
You should take it easy, I also pray for calmness and peace to over come you. Stress doesn't help the body either. Do things around the house a little at a time, once you feel like you can't go and lay down. I pray that your husband is helping you on his days off and when he comes home from work. Maybe you can call your local church and explain to them your situation, never know. You might get a knock on the door from fellow church members with food, offers to help clean your house and baby sit your kids. I will also pray that will happen.

well i am an atheist, but i do believe in power of prayer, and i do it to nobody in particular, certainly not to god....so i will pray for you and i hope it will work

Hi! You are in my prayers. I am claiming that your pain ends and that are able to return to your usual activities and be able to attend to your kids. I will pray for you. I really hope that you feel better here real soon. You didn't by chance happen to eat any Peter Pan peanut butter? They just had a recall of this because of somenella which does carry some of the symptoms you are describing. I know we had two cans of it that they recalled. I really hope that you get to feeling better.

I will definetly pray for you and you family that the doctors will find out what is wrong for you so that can give you the righ medicine to help you get better so you can start to take care of your family. You might call the hospital and see if there is someone that can come over to your house and help you with your kids and your house. I know of nurses that do that so you might try that or maybe call a temp agency too see if they have anyone they could send out or think about a nanny that could live with you for awhile until you get better.

Hello buddy, very sad to hear about ur condition..but u dont worry Prayers always work so shouldn't think what is proper for prayer n what is not..n here on mylot many guys are friendly, n we all will sure pray for u, dont worry, jus relax n take care of urself..u will soon get well..jus trust in God..

sure, i'll pray for you. what is your name tho ? i'd like to mention ur name in my prayer so i know who im praying for... i'm glad you put a prayer request here in mylot hopefully it isnt against any rules or regulations and others will follow n make prayer requests too... u can start that as an interest if someone already hasnt... id like to join that :)

Can I ask if there has been a diagnosis, something my doc can look for, they havent found the reason yet and it is quite frustrating. Anything will help, thanks.
