Anyone own an i-cybie dog?

I recently recieved a free i-cybie dog from one of my good friends. However, it doesn't have a battery charger for the battery. I looked EVERYWHERE, even on their website but cannot find the right charger for it. It's a Ni-Cd 12V 800mAh battery. On their website they only post a minumum of 15V charger. Anyone have any idea how I can get this highly specific charger for my 12V i-cybie battery?
