Do you travel to the places of interest in your own country? If you do, what your reason for it? Is it more cheaper to travel domestically? As for me, there is one place in my country, if I visit it, for a family of 4, it can cost minimum $200 for a day trip include entrance fee, food and other attraction there. What more if we stay overnite. Share your story so that other can learn as well.

Hi,
I come from Kenya which has great safari and wildlife tours. My family and I used to travel domestically to see what the tourists enjoyed and when we did it as domestic tourists, the hotels and agents offered special rates. Also, you save so much because you can use your personal transportation and eat in non-tourist expensive restuarants. Those trips make up some of my favorite memories and there's soo much more in your own country that you wouldn't know unless you venture out.
Hope that helped. Travel safe.

of course every one does domestic travelling. Specially in India which is so big and full of different beautiful places. Hill stations, picnic spots, beautiful gardens , beaches ,hotel and resorts. So much in north India and so much in south india, who wants to visit abroad, when your own country is so beautiful.

first of all i live in Romania
yes i do domestical travel especially in weekends... for example in this weekend, me and my boyfriend were to Brasov, a very beautiful city in a mountain area... it was very relaxing... but in my country are high prices everywhere, i mean in a tourist resort... so in summer it is cheaper to go to the sea side in Bulgaria then to go in Romania...
